Alej (pronounce /ËŒælÉ™ËÊ’/) is an independent singer/songwriter/producer;
a non-binary queer fairy coming from the magical world, currently living in Milan (Italy) but planning on taking over the entire world.
Mainly singing about nice things, but sometimes also embracing sadness and nostalgia: because there’s no light without darkness.
“like rain” is about feeling lost and not motivated in the place you live in.
As if the soil is dry and it never rains, no flowers can grow and so your hopes and dreams are crashed and never see the sky.
The song is a call for a change, the willingness to leave that hopeless place behind and move to somewhere where you are appreciated.
